After numerous phone calls refund partially received 9.99,19.99,9.99, 9.99.9.99 but not Tran ID 1NC249613Y532**** for $109.88. This was a lot of charges for the kit.
All were returned. Appreciate this final refund, although was charged to my PayPal ac t.

Woke me up at 5:00 AM
They called again at 7:02 AM and claimed to have some "inquiry" listing me as a Florida resident. I have not lived in Florida for over 10 years and certainly made no inquiry, so immediately informed the caller she was a liar.
Got hung up upon. Reported incident to "Do NOT Call" registry.

This started Im pretty sure when my Mom signed me up for AARP as a joke when I turned 50, 2 years ago. They are abusive and will never seem to stop. It gets worse every day!!!

- - Direct deposit info was wrong and never deposited after update; HR not responding.
I was never able to utilize iSolved which is used for clocking in and out, pay information and direct deposit information. Since the very first day of work Ive never been able to use the site, couldnt see nothing, nor did it function.
Direct deposit information was incorrect then updated correctly and I never seen my money be deposited.
And here it is today and still no deposit. HR is not responding to me and keeps declining calls.

Calling all the time 6-10 times a day.
I have no idea what their problem is but you block them on your phone and then they use another number. Im pretty ticked off. I cant get an answer from them to leave me alone.

Unprofessional and Unfair
Terminated because I had to leave due to I felt shortness of breath due to their back to back calls while working. This is job is not what it is cracked up to be, you are harassing people about Medicare advantage plans and some dont even know why your calling.
You get cussed out on most of the calls. Other calls are repeated calls, and some 3-4 times in one day.
